If your shipping documents are not available on the Shipping > Dispatch page, here are the possible reasons:

• Generating the documents can take up to 5 minutes.
• One of the shipment information might be invalid, our team will correct it and your documents will then be available.
• You have left the choice of parcel point to the recipient of the shipment and the recipient has not made a choice yet. As long as no choice is made, the shipping documents cannot be generated.
• the carrier web service is momentarily unavailable or has trouble generating your shipping documents, our team is handling the situation in order to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
