You can manage your shipments on the Shipping page.

Several tabs are available:

• Drafts. This is where you will find the shipments created from your synchronized e-commerce orders and also be able to create new shipments.
• To dispatch. On this tab you can download your shipping documents, report a problem on a shipment, reschedule a pickup, cancel a shipment.
• Shipped. On this tab, you can track your shipments, create a return shipment, repeat a shipment, report a problem.
• Cancelled. You can visualize on this tab your cancelled shipments.
• Bulk import. To import multiple shipments via file upload.
• All shipments. On this tab, you can search all your shipments.
