You can import your address book using CSV or XLS/XLSX files on the > Address book page by clicking on the Import button.

You can download the file template that contains all the instructions needed to fill each column. If the rows in your file contain errors, you can download an error report after your import attempt indicating the cells that are causing the problem.

If you use the CSV template, your software may ask you to specify the encoding, you must choose UTF-8 so that the instructions and examples contained in the file are displayed correctly.

Warning: if you plan to use Microsoft Excel, we recommend that you use the XLS/XLSX template because line breaks in the CSV template are not correctly interpreted by Excel.

You can also export your address book by clicking on Export.
