If you don't know which parcel point to choose for your recipient, you can let the recipient make the choice.

When creating a shipment, instead of choosing a parcel point for your recipient, check the I wish to leave the choice of the point of withdrawal to the recipient box.

You also have the possibility to choose this option for several shipments at the same time using the Bulk actions in the Shipping > Pending page.

Here is how the option works:

• Boxtal sends an email to your recipient with a link to choose a parcel point. A copy of this email is also sent to the sender.
• If no choice has been made after 2 days, a new email is sent to the recipient.
• After 5 days and still no choice, an email is now sent to the sender advising him/her to contact the recipient or choose a parcel point in the recipient's stead.

As long as no parcel point choice is made, the shipping documents are not generated.
