If you opted for insurance when creating a shipment, you can download the insurance certificate from your Boxtal account.

If the shipment has not yet been dispatched, go to the page Shipping > Dispatch then click on the shipment concerned. In the order details, open the Print my shipping label drop-down list and select Download my insurance.

If the shipment has been dispatched, go to the Shipping > Track page and click on the shipment concerned. In the order details, click on the Download my insurance button.
