Changing the printing format

You can change the printing format for your shipping labels on the > Shipping settings page, in the Shipping label printing format section.

You can choose the standard A4 format or the termal 10x15 format, which is available for some carriers, notably Chronopost, UPS, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, FedEx, DHL Express. If the thermal format is not available for one of your shipments, an A4 shipping label will be generated.

Be advised that if you thermal print your Chronopost shipping labels, you must also print a proof of deposit to be stamped when you hand over your package. This will be necessary in the event of claim.
