If you have several shipments to make with different recipients, you can import shipments using CSV or XLS/XLSX files from the home page by clicking on Import shipments from file.

On this page you can generate a file template according to your needs. The template will contain all the instructions necessary to fill in each of the columns.

If you use the CSV template, your software may ask you to specify the encoding, you must choose UTF-8 so that the instructions and examples contained in the file are displayed correctly.

Warning: if you plan to use Microsoft Excel, we recommend that you use the XLS/XLSX template because line breaks in the CSV template are not correctly interpreted by Excel.
