You can create new shipments on the Shipping > Pending page using the Create a shipment button. This is also where you will find the shipments created from your synchronized e-commerce orders.

Add to your shopping cart the shipment you want to confirm and click "Create the shipping label" on the bottom of the page to move on to your cart.

On the cart page, you can activate options, such as insurance, then move on to the payment page by clicking one of the buttons at the bottom of the page.

After the payment, go to Shipping > Dispatch to get your shipping documents.
