Disputing a delivery
If the tracking of your shipment indicates that it is delivered but your recipient tells you that they have not received it, you can dispute the delivery.
Make sure beforehand with the recipient that the item has not been handed over to the caretaker, a neighbor or left in their mailbox.
You have a period of 3 days maximum from the delivery date indicated on the tracking information to make your dispute.
You must contact us and send us the following documents:
- A sworn statement, signed by the recipient indicating that he has not received the shipment (or in the case of a return of the shipment to its sender, a statement from the sender).
- A photocopy of the front and back of the identity document of the person who carried out the statement.
