You can configure your delivery methods in your Prestashop backoffice by going to the Shipping > Carriers page.

While configuring a carrier in your Prestashop backoffice, you can add a Tracking URL. By configuring it, you make a tracking link available in the order details page of your customers as well as that of your backoffice.

For all the carriers you plan to use with Boxtal, you can find the URL to indicate on the Shipping > Boxtal connect page of your Prestashop backoffice, in the 2. Delivery methods settings block.
