You can configure your delivery methods in your PrestaShop back-office by going to the Shipping > Carriers page.

While configuring a carrier in your PrestaShop back-office, you can add a Tracking URL. By configuring it, you make a tracking link available in the order details page of your customers as well as that of your back-office.

For all the carriers you plan to use with Boxtal, you can find the URL to indicate on the Shipping > Boxtal connect page of your PrestaShop back-office, in the 2. Delivery methods settings block.
