You can configure the automatic status change of your orders shipped with Boxtal in the Shipping > Boxtal connect page of your PrestaShop back-office, in the 4. Order statuses settings block.

You can associate a PrestaShop status to 3 types of carrier events:

• Generation of the shipping label.
• First scan of the package by the carrier.
• Delivery of the package.

The Boxtal connect module will then take care of modifying the status of the corresponding order when a carrier event occurs.

This configuration is necessary to display the tracking link on your orders.
