You can make the choice of a parcel point mandatory for a carrier from the Shipping > Boxtal Connect page of your PrestaShop back-office, in 3. Choice of parcel point's maps to show to your customers block.

For each of your carriers, you can decide which parcel point network(s) to display.

The closest parcel point will be automatically selected.

Transport offers may only be restricted to certain countries, make sure you do not offer a parcel point delivery offer for a country that is not covered.

And your customer can modify this choice by opening the parcel point map.

The parcel point chosen by your customer is visible in the Pick-up point tab of the order details page. It will be automatically retrieved by Boxtal when synchronizing the order.
