If during your tests on your Prestashop store, you notice that the shipping methods that you have configured are not displayed during checkout, please check the following points:

• Check activated customer groups for the carrier.
• You must test with existing postal codes (in particular, 75000 Paris or 69000 Lyon are not valid).
• Make sure that the composition of your basket is compatible with your rules in terms of weight and price.
• Check that you have not limited the shipping methods available to the products in your basket from the product edition pages of your catalog.
