What to do if the recipient does not receive your shipment?
Your package may not be delivered for various reasons:
- Absence of the recipient during the passage of the deliverer (depending on the carrier, the package will either be dropped off at a nearby parcel point, or the deliverer will return the next day and then the day after).
- Incorrect or incomplete address, you will have to send us the additional information.
- Refusal of the package by the recipient, the package will be returned to the sender.
- Break in traceability.
