How long does a package remain at a parcel point?

The time that a package will remain at a parcel point varies according to the carrier.

Relais Colis 7 calendar days
Chronopost National 14 days at the Post Office and at the Chronopost Agency.
7 calendar days at the Relais Pickup, before returning on the 8th day.
3 days at the Pickup station (deposit).

The recipient must bring an identity document in order to collect the package. He/she can also appoint another person but then he/she must present the original identity document of the recipient and an authorization letter from the recipient.

If the recipient does not collect the package within these times, it will be automatically returned to the sender.

If the package is returned before the end of the expected retention period, contact us within 7 working days from the date the return is announced to be fully reimbursed for the transport costs.

To return your parcel, you will have to place a new order because the shipping label will no longer be usable.
