If the package has already left, it is not possible to guarantee that a return request will be taken into account, as the carrier may ignore the request.

You can ask your recipient to refuse the shipment concerned, so that it is returned to the sender.

In any case, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Depending on the carrier and/or destination, you may also be charged for the return trip.
