Shipping to a Cedex or PO box
Cedex addresses are extensions of the French postal code system known only to postal operators (Colissimo, Delivengo, and La Poste's mail services). In practice, when you use a Cedex address, you replace the address's standard postal code with a special postal code identifiable only by these carriers and allowing them priority processing.
You can use Cedex addresses on Boxtal, but shipping will only be possible with postal operators.
If you need to ship to or from a Cedex address, we recommend using the corresponding standard postal code (you can often find it based on the first line of the address) to access other available services. Your shipment will arrive safely at its destination.
The PO box system is used internationally. It allows individuals or businesses to receive their mail in an individual mailbox located in a post office or postal agency. PO boxes can also only be used with postal operators (notably with Delivengo internationally).
