If you cancel a shipment, you will be reimbursed within a week of the initially planned departure date of your shipment.

If you have opted for deferred payment, you will get a credit which will be deducted from your next invoice.

If you are paying on an order basis, you will be refunded according to the payment method you used (card, PayPal or instant credit transfer).
