You must configure your shipping methods in your Shopify backoffice by going to the Settings > Shipping and delivery page. Your configuration will determine what will be offered to your customers at checkout. The app does not automatically create shipping methods for your checkout.

Shopify allows you to define shipping profiles for your different product types (e.g., fragile products). In most cases, a single shipping profile will be sufficient.

Within each profile, you can define shipping zones (the different areas to which you will ship), and for each of these, you can set different rates that correspond to the delivery options your customers will see at checkout (e.g., Parcel point delivery or Home delivery).
