Issues when pairing the Boxtal connect PreStashop module to Boxtal

If you encounter the message Oops, something went wrong when you try to connect your module Boxtal connect to Boxtal on the > E-shops page, check the following:

  • The Boxtal connect module must be installed and activated beforehand in your PrestaShop back-office.
  • Your PrestaShop site must not be in maintenance or local (no URL starting with http://localhost for example). You must publish your site to a publicly accessible domain name before you can connect your store.
  • Your module must not have been paired with another Boxtal account; if this is the case, you must uninstall the module from your PrestaShop back-office then re-install it.

If despite these elements you encounter the same error, contact our technical support.
