If you encounter the message Oops, something went wrong when you try to connect your module Boxtal connect to Boxtal on the > E-shops page, check the following:

• The Boxtal connect module must be installed and activated beforehand in your Prestashop backoffice.
• Your Prestashop site must not be in maintenance or local (no URL starting with http://localhost for example). You must publish your site to a publicly accessible domain name before you can connect your store.
• Your module must not have been paired with another Boxtal account; if this is the case, you must uninstall the module from your Prestashop backoffice then re-install it.
