To connect your Cdiscount store to Boxtal, you must first contact Octopia support to authorise Boxtal as a carrier partner for your shop. You can do this directly from your Seller Zone Help Center > Join the support center > Email support > Request type: API. Once your request handled by Octopia, you will simply need your Seller ID which can be obtained from Settings > Seller ID in your Seller Zone .

After that, head over to >E-shops on your Boxtal account to add a Cdiscount shop using the Seller ID you got from your Seller Zone.

After connecting your shop, you will be redirected to the Shipping > Pending page where your e-commerce orders will be imported.
