What to do if the carrier has not picked up the shipment?
If the carrier hasn't picked up your shipment on the scheduled day, you can reschedule a pickup.
Carriers do not always specify the reason why the collection could not take place, in general the failure is due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address.
- An invalid phone number for the sender.
- The absence of the sender during the passage of the driver.
- Technical or material unforeseen events (traffic on the road, breakdown, etc.).
Claims for missed collection are not accepted by carriers, their guarantee only covers packages already picked up.
