Order sync issues
If you are having issues syncing your e-commerce orders, please check the following:
- The status of your shop in the > E-shops page on Boxtal must be green.
- Your orders must be complete (address, last name, first name of the customer at least) and have products that still exist in the inventory of your shop.
Certain conditions -for example on the status of imported orders- may also apply depending on the type of store connected, see the article corresponding to the type of your store.
