Configuring shipment tracking for Boxtal connect WooCommercePrerequisite
Once you have created a shipment for an order imported on Boxtal, the tracking information for it will be available on Wordpress:
- for you, in WooCommerce > Orders by going to the details of an order;
- for your customers, on the order detail page with the carrier's tracking number (Boxtal is not visible to your customers).
Automatic order status change
You can configure the automatic status update of your orders shipped with Boxtal in your WooCommerce backoffice on the WooCommerce > Boxtal Connect page, in the Order statuses settings section.
You can associate a WooCommerce status to 2 types of carrier events:
- First scan of the package by the carrier.
- Delivery of the package.
The Boxtal connect WooCommerce module will then take care of modifying the status of the corresponding order when a carrier event occurs.
