You can add your Colissimo shipping contract to Boxtal directly via the > Shipping contracts page.

When managing your shipments on the Shipping > Pending page, you will then see My Colissimo offers with a price of 0€ during quotations.

The prices of these offers are 0€ because the negotiated prices associated with your Colissimo contract are confidential information that we do not hold.

Configuration

To add a contract in the > Shipping contracts page, click on Add a contract.

The Colissimo credentials you are asked for are the same as those you use to connect to your Colissimo Box space.

If you update your Colissimo password, you must also modify it on your contract by clicking on > Edit credentials.

You can choose the offers linked to your contract to appear in the quotes and configure the default label My Colissimo by modifying your contract.

Specificities

The offers linked to your Colissimo contract are not visible in the Get a quote funnel.

You cannot benefit from AXA insurance on these offers.

When you ship a package with a shipping label generated via Boxtal on your Colissimo contract, you are billed directly by Colissimo.
