NB : store safely your credentials to easily access your account on www.boxtal.com.
2. Add your Shopify store
Go to the E-shops menu and click on the Shopify logo to be redirected to the Shopify App Store:
One on the Boxtal App listing, click on "Add app":
Fill in your Shopify backoffice URL (my-store.myshopify.com) and click on "Log in".
3. Validate the app installation
Authorize the installation by clicking on “Install app”
To check if your store in correctly connected, go back to “E-shops” on boxtal.com. Your store should display a green status.
From this page, click on "Synchronize my orders".
Congratulations ! Your Shopify store is now connected and your paid - unfulffiled orders are ready to be synchronized.
Once the shipping label generated , Boxtal pushes the tracking information to your Shopify back-office (tracking number and link). The order status is automatically updated to 'Fulfilled'.
Note : dependeing on the carrier, it can take up to 2 hours until the tracking information are pushed to your shop.
