How to synch and ship my orders from Boxtal.com

You first need to connect your shop to Boxtal.com. For more information, go here.

 

 

1. Sync your orders in the Boxtal.com shipping center

In your boxtal account > shipments > pending, click on quez sur le bouton "Synchronise my shops"

 When the synchronization is successful, the following message is displayed:

2. Manage your orders

You'll find the details of your order : 

- the shop it's from (CMS or marketplace logo)

- the order's reference

- the recipient

- the shipping method (as named in your website)

 

 3. Fill the missing information to get a price

To get a price for you order, click on the pencil button and complete the missing info (usually the package size) :  

You can fill each order separately or group your actions. Select the orders you want to complete and click on the 'actions for the selection" button  : 

 

This menu will allow to fill the info for multiple orders in one click (size, weight, type of goods) for example.

 

4. Select your shipping offer and validate

Once all the information needed is filled you can get a price and choose the offer you want to send your order with :

 

 then add to cart : 

 

and confirm at the bottom of the page : 

 

You can also put multiple orders in your cart at once. Select your orders in the left column and click on "Add the selection" on the top right corner.
