Issues when pairing the Boxtal connect WooCommerce module to Boxtal

If you encounter the message Oops, something went wrong when you try to connect your Boxtal connect WooCommerce module to Boxtal on the > E-shops page, check the following:

  • The Boxtal connect WooCommerce module must be installed and activated beforehand in your Wordpress backoffice.
  • Your Wordpress site must not be in maintenance or local (no URL starting with http://localhost for example). You must publish your site to a publicly accessible domain name before you can connect your store.
  • Do not use the Coming Soon module or deactivate it before trying to connect to your store again.
  • Your module must not have been paired with another Boxtal account; if this is the case, you must uninstall the module from your Wordpress backoffice then re-install it.

If despite these elements you encounter the same error, contact our technical support.
